Dark Spark teamed up with Three Peaks Challenge, home of the National, Yorkshire, Welsh and Surrey hiking challenges.
We had only two weeks to get to know their business, deliver a pipeline of winning analytics and reveal the potential in their data.
How we approached our data & analytics challenge
With only two weeks from start to finish, we had to be prepared. We organised ourselves into an Agile Scrum team and wrote user stories for week #1 in advance, to ensure that the delivery kicked off at a good pace.
What we delivered
We set up automated Business Intelligence reporting using a combination of readily-available Microsoft 365 applications, including PowerBI. We employed a number of Data Science techniques 'under the bonnet', but the dashboards that we produced were business-focused and easy to use.
